At Eatsane, we’ve made it our goal to return sanity to the plate. We believe that food is a celebration and should remain delicious. Our team of chefs, doctors, and dietitians developed a method to elaborate delicious food, with very few carbohydrates – and without artificial sweeteners!

In today’s world we understand that what we eat can either make us sick or make us strong and healthy.  We’re bombarded with conflicting messages: what’s forbidden, what’s allowed, what to avoid… the choice becomes more confusing every day. So, in order to restore some simplicity and enjoyment to these decisions, you should know – our products are vegan, rich in plant-based protein and fiber, and made from the best ingredients identified by our experts in the field. Bottom line: we’ve broken the “fewer carbs = less taste” formula. Enjoy.

It’s not another bread

Eatsane bread contains just 2.6 grams of carbohydrates per slice. It contains fiber to help the digestive system, is rich in plant-based protein, and is made with flour from high quality almonds and other nuts. It is free from artificial preservatives (E-FREE), free from artificial sweeteners, and of course, guilt-free. But most importantly – it tastes delicious, and now those who count carbs can enjoy two to four pieces of bread a day (5.2 – 10.4 grams of carbohydrates per day.)

Eatsane Pralines Sinfully tempting and worth a taste

Sweetness satisfies the soul, and after a meal comes the crowning moment of pleasure to pair with a cup of coffee or tea. For moments such as these, our chocolatier created our handmade pralines. Our pralines are made from rich dark chocolate and selected almonds. The indulgent taste will make time slow down for you to sink and enjoy– with just  1.8 grams of net carbs per praline--  truly sinful, yet guilt-free pleasure. Our pralines are rich in plant-based proteins and fiber, and dairy free.  A perfect delicacy.

    In my opinion, this is identical to “normal” bread in terms of taste and texture. It’s a great solution for people trying to lower the amount of carbs in their diet without changing their lives drastically.
